I received the report from my friends in France that the display of time is different from Japan Standard Time.
The world has a lot of Time Zone. The display of time is different according to the region, pc, and browser(IE, Firefox, Opera, etc). So I changed to use the program of CGI. The time display of CGI uses the region with the server. The server of this site is in Japan. Therefore, all the displays of time were corrected at Japan Standard Time today. The time displays of this site are all Japan Standard Time.
